By accessing or using the Nobiru platform (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Nobiru.
Nobiru is a private, invite-only professional network designed for verified elite athletes, organizations and institutions. The Platform facilitates connections and opportunities, but does not act as an employer, agent or contractual intermediary between its users.
The Platform is available by invitation only. Athletes must have competed at an elite level (national team, international competition, or equivalent) to be eligible. Organizations must be legitimate companies or accredited universities. Nobiru reserves the right to verify eligibility and to deny or revoke access at any time, for any reason, at its sole discretion.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information and to update it as necessary. You must notify Nobiru immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Nobiru may grant athletes a "Verified Elite" badge based on internal criteria. This verification validates the athlete's identity and athletic career, but does not constitute an endorsement, guarantee, certification or employment recommendation by Nobiru. Nobiru assumes no responsibility for decisions made by organizations based on such verification.
You agree not to: post false, misleading or fraudulent information; harass, abuse or harm other users; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform; use the Platform for unauthorized commercial purposes; scrape data using automated means; or impersonate any person or organization.
Organizations may request contact with athletes on the Platform. Contact requests are reviewed by Nobiru and must be approved by the athlete personally before any contact details are shared. Athletes retain full control over who can contact them.
All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos and software, is the property of Nobiru or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Platform.
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Nobiru does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nobiru shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
